At the heart of our company is a simple mission: make oxygen generation accessible, affordable, and sustainable for glassblowers and creatives around the world. Our flagship product—the Stage 2 oxygen generation and storage system—is the result of nearly a decade of dedication, innovation, and a shared passion for creative freedom.
DPG Supply manufactures and sells on-site oxygen compression systems that integrate with oxygen concentrators to provide a steady supply of compressed oxygen.
Stage 2 Oxygen Systems
Our main product line is the Stage 2 system, with models designed for different needs:
- Solo: For hobbyists with one concentrator.
- Duo: For small studios, controlling up to four concentrators.
- Pro: For professional studios, controlling up to eight concentrators and designed for high-demand use.
Our systems offer a more affordable and hassle-free alternative to traditional gas company tanks, providing a continuous, uninterrupted supply of oxygen.
Smart management
The “Re-Active Technology” in the Pro and Duo models intelligently manages multiple concentrators to extend equipment life.
Purity control
A “Pre-vent” feature, standard on all models, purges initial impurities to ensure only high-purity oxygen enters the storage system.
Our History
Where It All Started
Our Founder Zachary Melo began developing what would become the Stage 2 nearly ten years before its launch. Driven by a desire to eliminate the costly and inconsistent oxygen supply that so often limits studio artists, he envisioned a system that would deliver 95% pure oxygen reliably and affordably—freeing artists from dependence on gas suppliers and delivery schedules.
While juggling another business and various projects, Zach continued refining the Stage 2. It was a labor of love: methodical, hands-on, and always focused on the end-user—artists who just wanted to create without constraints.
A Spark Becomes a Partnership
Around this time, Dylan McFadden, fresh out of university and eager to begin a career in glassblowing, reached out to Zach for help designing his own oxygen generation system. With Zach’s guidance, schematics, and mentorship, Dylan was able to set up his own studio and work independently for three years—without ever paying another oxygen bill.
Inspired by Dylan’s self-starter mentality and hunger to learn, Zach saw in him a kindred spirit. In late 2024, Zach invited Dylan to officially join as Co-founder, helping turn the Stage 2 from a garage-built prototype into a production-ready, scalable solution for artists everywhere.
