Description
Thread Seal Formula TSF-02 is a high-strength anaerobic adhesive designed for the locking and sealing of metal threaded assemblies. The product cures in the absence of air when confined between close-fitting metal surfaces, forming a durable thermoset polymer that resists loosening, leakage, and vibration.
TSF-02 is suitable for applications requiring gas-tight and fluid-tight sealing of threaded joints and demonstrates excellent resistance to thermal cycling, mechanical shock, vibration, and a wide range of industrial chemicals.
The formulation is suitable for use on all metallic substrates, including active and passive metals, in both free-running and interference-fit assemblies.
When fully cured, TSF-02 maintains sealing and mechanical performance at temperatures up to +200 °C.
